The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is offering a $300 reward for information that could lead to the whereabouts of Roy Ray Cogburn.
Cogburn is a white male, age 35, with green eyes and brown hair. He is approximately five feet 10 inches tall and 166 pounds.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office asks anyone to please contact them if you have seen Cogburn, or know of his whereabouts. They can be reached by phone at (870) 867-3151. They are offering a $300 reward for information regarding his location.
