This Week Jeremy McCullough announced his intent to run for Montgomery County Judge.
Below is his announcement.
Today I, Jeremy McCullough, am announcing my candidacy for Montgomery County Judge.
In January of 2012, my wife of 17 years Lorie McKenna McCullough and I moved to Montgomery County where we live on her family farm in Story. We are raising three wonderful boys: Cain (14), Eli (12), and Asher (8); who are all students at Mount Ida Public Schools. My family and I attend Story Church of God.
I grew up and graduated high school in Nashville, Arkansas. From there, I attended Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana on an athletic scholarship where I played football. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing.
Since college, I have worked for a top pharmaceutical company while living in Fort Worth, Texas and managed numerous multi-million dollar accounts in Northwest Louisiana for two leading global orthopedic companies.
After moving to Montgomery County, I quickly became involved in our community. I owned an insurance agency in Mount Ida, worked for Jackson Lawn Care where we built two bridges in the county, I am the current President of the Youth Athletic Association, and I am also currently serving the Mount Ida School District as School Board President.
Some of my most proud moments have been representing this county as a coach for numerous peewee and All-Star teams for baseball and football. Leading by example and being a man of my word are very important to me.
I am very proud of where I live and will do what it takes to make this county a place we can all be proud to call home. As your Montgomery County Judge, I will utilize every possible resource available to reach the goals we all want met. I would love nothing more than to work for you and serve you and this county as your next Montgomery County Judge.
