Former Job Corps Center vandalized

HOT SPRINGS, Ark.  – The Ouachita National Forest is offering a $250 reward to the public for credible information leading to the conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for the vandalism and theft of government property which occurred at the Ouachita Job Corp Center and two residences within the past several months.

The Ouachita Job Corp Center is located near Royal Ark. The center was closed in 2016 after operating for 52 years in the Hot Springs area and has been vacant since the closure.

Contact Forest Service Law Enforcement & Investigations at (501) 321-5361 or (501) 276-4269 if you have any information about this crime. Knowingly providing false information is an offense subject to prosecution.
