Wade Coffman has announced his candidacy for Montgomery County Sheriff. His announcement is printed below.
I am Wade Coffman, a Republican Candidate for Montgomery County Sheriff. I am a Caddo Hills Graduate. My wife of 29 years, Tera, is a Mt. Ida and Henderson State University Graduate. I’ve lived and worked in Montgomery County for over 30 years. I have worked for seven Sheriffs and have dove every job in the Sheriff’s Department.
I am currently serving as an Arkansas Constable (8 years) and I am an active Glenwood Police Officer.
I volunteer at church, schools, Chamber of Commerce, and the Lion’s Club.
When elected, I plan to keep all of the current staff. I will have a full time deputy assigned to Mt. Ida and also in high-traffic areas. All calls and incidents will be answered and followed up on. My plan is to help persons who are facing drug addictions get the assistance they need with rehabilitation programs that work.
Under my administration, we will watch for any wasteful spending of our tax money and rest assured, all Montgomery County Citizens are going to be treated respectfully.
Thank you for your support and God Bless You.
Wade Coffman
